We require that you verify your email address before sending your first newsletter. When you create an account and save the email address under Your Profile, we’ll automatically send a verification email to that address. Click the link in that email to complete the verification process.
Anytime the email address is updated on your account, you’ll need to verify the address. Subscribe and archive pages will not be activated until the address is verified.
If you’re having trouble locating your verification email and it’s been more than an hour since your address was saved, please resend the verification email by going to Username > Your Profile and clicking Resend verification email under the Email Address field.
