When it’s time send your newsletter, we send to your subscriber list in small batches—so if you have a large subscriber list, this can take some time.
But if it’s been a while and you hear reports that some subscribers haven’t received their newsletter yet, there may be a problem. Have them check their spam folders to see if it was routed there instead.
If that’s the culprit, you can take some steps to prevent it from happening in the future. Keep in mind that the content of your newsletter has a big impact on how it’s treated by ISP’s—if your letter is being filtered as spam, take a closer at your next letter’s content to prevent future issues.
